Reflect, Reimagine, and Reinvent this Fall

Navigating Success: The Three R’s of Business Transformation

We hope your summer allowed time to recharge, rejuvenate, and reconnect with yourself, and those you love. Marguerite and I have each enjoyed a summer full of weddings, camping, travelling, festivals, and some precious time alone in nature.

Our minds are clear and ready for transformation this Fall and we invite you to do the same! Staying relevant and competitive demands we all take time to reflect, reimagine, and reinvent ourselves.

There is change ahead!

1. Reflection…The transformation journey begins with reflecting on processes, strategies, and performance. What successes/failures have you enjoyed over the past year? What have you learned as a result? What patterns, trends, and gaps are present? What about your profit margins, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement?2. Reimagine, Challenge Your Thinking Now you have data, what do you want to change? What thinking is sabotaging your results? What assumptions have you made that are not supporting you? Where are new possibilities? Invite cross-functional teams to brainstorm, to challenge the status quo. Invite feedback and ideas from your customers. Consider how you might use technology differently in the coming months to increase your efficiency.3. Reinvent to Accelerate SuccessNow it’s time to take action! What three key strategies will you adopt to meet the needs of your customers, the trends, and patterns you identified in the reflection and reimagination stage? What resources are required for successful execution? How will you ensure your team learns from their failures and can adjust in real time? What are your success metrics? Celebrating success energizes your team!In our world of constant change, the three R’s – Reflect, Reimagine, and Reinvent – provide a roadmap for your organization to thrive. These phases are not isolated events but an interconnected continuum. It supports organizations to navigate uncertainty with confidence and turn challenges into opportunities for growth. Read further to learn about the changes in our organization for the coming season. We are hopeful they will serve you, our clients, well!

Upcoming Programs

If you’re planning professional development for your teams, we are delighted to invite you to our newest programs, initially custom-developed and written for specific customers earlier this year:

Our Managing Performance with Confidence is designed to increase individual and team engagement, to make performance conversations simple and effective. You and your team will gain a common language and tools to increase confidence and ease when having performance conversations.

“This workshop speaks our language, replicates real situations in our industry, and wraps with a reference guide that will support team leaders to step into future conversations with confidence and courage… the result is a refreshing addition to our leadership development program.”

Our Saying No with Grace Program is the perfect program if your team is not meeting commitments and is feeling fatigued and/or out of control. It will support your team to move past those barriers, manage capacity and have the tools to say no when it is appropriate.

“An engaging program, a safe place for all, practical, logical, and easy to apply.”

Define Your Values helps your team understand and live their values every day. It provides your team with clarity and mutual understanding of how to live your values and highlights explicit points of reference to course correct as needed.

“Very impressed with the positive difference this has made for our team.” “This is the leadership development step that has had the biggest payoff.”

A new offering: If you are considering a Change Management Initiative. Marguerite has the capacity for one consulting project focused on change management in the next six to nine months. If you are interested, please reach out to Marguerite at 780.257.8942.

The Readers of the Pack will formally launch in October.  The perfect solution for leaders who are readers (audiobooks included) and hungry to grow through conversation with peers from different industries, or for your internal team to practice expressing differing opinions in a safe setting.

If you want to adopt one habit, successful leaders have – start reading! Join many successful leaders like Warren Buffett, Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Oprah Winfrey and many more! This is Linda’s dream program, combining coaching, reading, reflection, learning, and interesting conversation. If you want to learn in the community give Linda a call at 780.668.9481.

NOTE: We can combine or customize our leadership programming to meet the criteria of the Canada-Alberta Job Grant.
