What is a Leadership Learning Lab?

Our Leadership Learning Labs are a cost-effective collaborative learning opportunity. An updated version of the old-fashioned book club designed for leaders and teams at any level in your organization. Customized professional development focused on the competency/skill of your choice, using a current Leadership Book to guide the conversation. Each lab will include 8 hours of Focused Group Learning, supported by 8 hours of independent reading and reflection. Maximum of 8 leaders, minimum of 4 in each group.

Why a Leadership Learning Lab?

Provides a unique and safe place to discuss ideas with peers, with no hierarchy or politics. Learn from the masters, and from the perspectives of others. Experience increased innovation as you share knowledge, skills and ideas. Guaranteed implementation as the group will hold you accountable to your commitments. Cost-effective use of time and energy using Zoom calls (no travel time or costs)
